Thank you for a nicely written article Lindsi. My company has been a remote first company for a few years now and we all love working remotely. We can hire the best talent wherever they are. The pros such as flexibility, autonomy, lower cost vastly outweigh the cons. I can see why someone used to the physical interaction will find the virtual approach lacking; I can assure you there are tips and tricks and most importantly tools to make the virtual engagement equally effective and efficient if not more. After all who wants to be in the London tube like a sardine for 45 minutes each way every day?
