Thank you Emily, I am not a woman but found it very inspiring all the same. Thank you for sharing your journey. I was impressed with how matter of factly you wrote that you run 7 days a week in addition to other workouts. I exercise 6 days a week but it’s whether running or weights never both. I think I will now try doing both ☺ see if I can uncover those abs hidden under my stubborn belly fat.
